Contributing to the drafting of group standards to advance the standardization of nucleic acid isothermal amplification testing

Recently, the China Inspection and Testing Society (CITS) released the group standard Technical Requirements for Pathogenic Microorganism Detection Based on Nucleic Acid Isothermal Amplification (T/CITS 520-2025).
As a principal drafting unit, Shenzhen EZassay Biotechnology Co., Ltd. actively participated in the development, technical drafting, and validation of the standard, contributing to the advancement of isothermal amplification testing toward greater standardization and methodological consistency.
The standard defines comprehensive technical requirements for nucleic acid isothermal amplification testing, including terminology and abbreviations, sample collection and processing, nucleic acid extraction, amplification methods, result interpretation, and contamination control. It provides a structured technical reference for pathogenic microorganism detection.
