Lyophilization changes the answer.

Lyophilized RPA (RAA) Kits

More stable · More robust · More reliable
Designed for room-temperature storage and handling

What is RPA?

Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) is an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology that enables rapid target amplification at ~39 °C, typically within 30 minutes.

With high sensitivity, strong specificity, and minimal instrument requirements, RPA is well suited for on-site testing and a wide range of molecular detection applications.

Worried the moment reagents leave the freezer?

We get it.

Stored at –20 °C — no problem.

Stored at 37 °C for 60 days — still stable.

EZassay™ Lyophilized RPA (Basic / Nfo / Exo kits)

delivers consistent performance,

with nearly overlapping amplification curves.

Why lyophilized RPA?

✔ Reduced cold-storage reliance

Lyophilization enables stable storage and handling at ambient temperature,

minimizing reliance on freezers and repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

✔ Simplified workflow

Pre-formulated reagents simplify setup,

reducing hands-on steps and improving experimental efficiency.

✔ Extended stability

Lyophilized formulations support long-term stability,

with a shelf life of 12–24 months, helping reduce waste and inventory burden.

✔ Application-flexible

Compact and lightweight, well suited for

on-site testing, field applications, and POCT settings.

✔ Sensitivity retained

Preserves the core advantages of RPA/RAA,

enabling reliable detection even from low-copy DNA or RNA targets.

Applications

? Rapid pathogen detection

? Genotyping and research validation

? Primary healthcare and resource-limited settings

? Field testing and POCT applications
