Uracil Glycosylase Inhibitor (UGI)

By forming a 1:1 complex with UDG (uracil-DNA glycosylase), it inhibits the hydrolysis of uracil residues in DNA mediated by UDG. It does not affect RPA (recombinase polymerase amplification) or RAA (recombinase-aided amplification) reactions. It remains highly active after treatment at 95°C.
