AsCas12f protein

AsCas12f1, originating from Acidibacillus sulfuroxidans, is a member of the Cas12f1 family (formerly AsCas12f). This compact Class 2 type V-F CRISPR endonuclease exhibits both cis- and trans-cleavage activities, ideal for CRISPR-based molecular diagnostics and nucleic acid detection.
